New Kenya Property Website Opens it's Doors
avatar.jpgKenya House and Property is a response to the frustration many people feel when attempting to buy, rent, sell, or let a property. There are thousands of properties available at any one time but accessing the vast amount of choice is very difficult.  There is no single 'one stop shop' for this purpose.  There are agents, newspapers, noticeboards etc but these cost money to advertise in, and cost time to get around. Kenya House and Property is a 'user-generated content' website whereby users have complete control over their property listing.

kenyacarlogo.jpgWhere are vehicles advertised for sale at the moment?  Newspapers, noticeboards, dealership websites.  Leaving dealerships aside for the moment consider the individual buyer or seller.  Their options are either place an ad in a newspaper, which is expensive, or place an ad on a noticeboard, which is cheaper but gets a lot less coverage.  Both methods involve a degree of hassle and expense. A new website called Kenya Car offers to make things easier, more effective, and at no charge.

What is Paypal?

Paypal is the biggest, most well known online payment system.  It is owned by Ebay, the biggest, most well known online auction system.  Ebay found that the majority of it's users paid fees and each other using Paypal so they bought the company and integrated it into Ebay. 
 
Paypal allows users to send and receive money online.  This means ecommerce.  This is a big step forward for Kenya.  Unfortunately Paypal Kenya only allows users to create 'send only' accounts which mean you can buy, but not sell.
