 Kenya House and Property is a response to the frustration many people feel when attempting to buy, rent, sell, or let a property. There are thousands of properties available at any one time but accessing the vast amount of choice is very difficult. There is no single 'one stop shop' for this purpose. Paypal is the biggest, most well known online payment system. It is owned by Ebay, the biggest, most well known online auction system. Ebay found that the majority of it's users paid fees and each other using Paypal so they bought the company and integrated it into Ebay.
Paypal allows users to send and receive money online. This means ecommerce. This is a big step forward for Kenya. Unfortunately Paypal Kenya only allows users to create 'send only' accounts which mean you can buy, but not sell.
